BLACK screen on opening- Samsung smart tv

today when I open the SS IPTV app i get a blank black screen there is no response to remote control or mouse. the app was working fine yesterday I use a Samsung Smart TV QN75Q60T (app was downloaded to to tv via usb and was working fine for last 3 weeks but stopped today) the app works on another tv brand. please help?
