Appears 1 second and goes dark

Hi,
I use Toshiba 32LL3A63DB. tried to upload the list using the link section but failed. keep getting "failed to load remote content"
i tried to understand the solution but too complicated for me to understand.
Then i iploaded my list on my playlist section using .m3u file and it was successfull. all channels appeared on my tv. But when i click to watch it appears for 1 second and goes dark, tries to buffer a while and stops.
How can i fix this?
