Hi,
I had the app working fine until two days ago. Since then, when I open it, it keeps loading until eventually I get a black screen.
I've changed my tv dns to 8.8.8.8 and reinstalled the app, but it hasn't changed anything.
Would appreciate if someone could provide some support.

Hi! Same here from a week ago. I had already try reset the tv, change the network DNS, disable the DHCP IPv6 server. Nothing works! Any idea for solution?

SERGIOHEDZ, Your internet supplier is Vodafone? I heard rumors about blocking or changing in service.

im Vodafone and cant enter the app since a week ago, to give this reply i have to turn on mobile hotspot

We receive many similar feedbacks from customers of Vodafone PT. Please, contact your ISP about the issue. The app is working normally.
