A problem installing ss-iptv

Hello can someone help me, I am trying to install ss-iptv via tizen studio but when I trying to send widget file always appears a message saying "launching tizen" has encountered a problem. Java.lang.nullPointer exception
I got a samsung UN43TU8200FXZA any help

Why don't you try to install it using USB?

it was the same. installed everything from a USB flash drive

I've tried with a usb flash drive but didn't work because is tizen tv, any suggestions
