SAMSUNG GALAXY NOTE 10 PRO CAN NOT ENTER MY ACCOUNT

Good days..

I use this app with my LG Tv UH850v since almost 2 years and there is no problem with watching IPTV.All fine..
Today I have installed 3 differend kinds of SSIPTV from my cell phone Samsung Galaxy Note 10 plus, from play store ( SSIPTV PREMIUM ; SSIPTV NEW and SSIPTV PRO ) and none of them accepted my login details. After enterin my username and password, the system says '' No response from server''...
Pls. kindly informi what is wrong with this issue??

We don't have any application for mobile devices, so those ones are fake apps which are not related to SS IPTV.
