hi after a week of using app, this message appeared when i load my iptv in the external playlist * The remote server requires authentication*. then tells me to enter id and password that I don't own.. hope someone can help me

The app shows this message only when it receives 401 HTTP code, as specified:

So, you need to ask your content provider about the issue.
