Hello
I have a problem with the app, I saved my URL link on the site it accepted but when I watch it on my smart tv it asks me for an id code and a password. Whereas when I put my first URL link it didn't ask me for an id and password.
How do we get an id code and password.

My ip provider must have had nothing to do with it. It is on the ssiptv site which tells me
