Smart TV LG, duplexplay

Hi guys
Currently I am using the dupleplay on my LG smart TV.
I'm having problems with some channels, mostly the US channels.
For instance, when I zap on the game show network the channel sound starts ok, but few minutes later the sound is gone. After this, the channel become without sound all the day long.
Do you know what that would be?
