I have an LG model 65NANO866PA with WebOs 6 and it does not change the screen format.
Many movies look bad for this reason.
There is no way to change the format and they are always full screen.

Hi have the same problem on my OLED one, but there is no bug on my other LG LCD tv.

Same year but different webOS.
It seems impossible to fix it.
