LG OLED55A16 movies problem

Hi
I have a problem with the app on my LG OLED55A16.
I am trying to watch movies on the app, but the aspect ratio is always wrong, it is played totally in fullscreen, without letterbox, and it is impossible change it.
If I try the same content on my other LG Led TV, the aspect ratio is shown correctly.
Anyone knows how can I fix this problem?
