i have lg tv 42LM640S-ZA


there was no problem until june but then the app stopped opening.

I open the app, while I wait it throws it back to the beginning.

I reset the TV to factory settings and it still didn't work.

what do i have to do to use it?

Siyah ekran da mı kalıyor yoksa sürekli uygulama açılıp kapanıyor mu

Siyah ekranda kalıyor 2-3 dakika sonra başa atıyor.

Televizyonunuzun ağ ayarlarına aşağıdaki DNS adreslerinden birini girin:
Google: 8.8.8.8
Google: 8.8.4.4
Cloudflare: 1.1.1.1
Yandex: 77.88.8.8
Quad9: 9.9.9.9

Yok usta ne yaparsam yapayım olmuyor.
Dns adreslerinin hepsini tek tek denedim olmuyor.
Yok mu bu işin bir çözümü nasıl kullanabilirim uygulamayı?
