SETOP BOX CHANNELS (HDMI) TO SSIPTV APP IN TV.

I want to request your valuable support to help me guide me on how to solve a problem that I have

Until recently I had coaxial cable connected directly to the TV so the SSIPTV digital channels took them directly and they looked good.

Now they connected me to an HDMI setop box and all the channels go through the box to the TV but I don't know how to make them broadcast again so that they can be seen in the app. I hope you can help me with it.
