unable to play on Hisense 43A7100F

I have a problem with my tv being unable to play iptv. I can normally load the list to the app but when I choose a channel it says unable to play and nothing happens. The list works fine on my pc with VLC and also works on another hisense tv which is the same model only bigger. It also works on my lg tv with webos system. What could be the problem? This tv is on another network, could it be something with router settings or something like that?
