SS IPTV

I have been using SS IPTV app that comes with Hisense Q8 series from their Vidaa app store and since October 2021 it no longer runs but I get the following error. I contacted Hisense Support and they advised me the issue is a developer problem and not theirs.

Thanks for this I get the same message. Is it terminal for the SS-IPTV app on a Hisense?
Also have you needed to tweak your motion settings on the Hisense? I get noticeable motion blur and have had a little play with the calibration settings without any change. Any expert tips would be appreciated.
