HLS (m3u8) links does not work for movies. it works only for streams

When there is a stream link with .m3u8 i can watch it. When there is a movie link with .m3u8 its unable to watch it.
Is it possible to active the .m3u8 for movies/series as well. Example link in below:
https://s60.rapidrame.com/hls/zojdnbg4w ... v1-a1.m3u8
it works with VLC, it works with mobile apps, it doesnt work with SSIPTV app.
