SS IPTV

dear Sir, on my LG tv I use SSIPTV by uploading my list via SSIPTV's upload page, and everything works ok. On my other TV which is TCL (android), I can only find two SSIP applications (ssip new and ssip pro) and both require username and password on the first page. Tried to enter username and password from my playlist / provider but it does not accept. Where can I get our username and password to log in to the application and then enter or upload my own list?
