First all, thanks for all your work Eugene.
As gagapuk, same problem here. App successful installed, but it don't connect and SS IPTV don't start.
TV Model: Samsung UN46D6000
DNS setted to 8.8.8.8
Country: Brazil
ISP: GVT (better BR ISP company)
Connection: 15MB ADSL
Some thing more to try on client side?

Try to ping app.ss-iptv.com
But I guess the problem may be with D-series. We are really not sure, that the app works correctly there. We need more feedbacks from users with such TVs.

Some port forward is need on the router? Or there is another version of SS IPTV to try to install.

I see, there are no problem with reaching our server, so the issue is in D-series. We'll try to find solution, but it may take time - several days at least. Please, stay in touch.
