Youtube Live streaming not playing

This is youtube live streaming, but this is not working in ssiptv.

I added this url as internal playlist and tried as external playlist also. Both not working.

Could someone please help me to play them.

In VLC 1.12 it plays as frames and after few seconds next frame and so on.
