load the playlist from external on the site with links I get out channels after 2 minutes I start the tv goes off directly

I think it is because of your TV low memory and will get reset because of that

the file weighs only 1.04 mb and I loaded it with the link from external playlists

1.04 Mb is not "only"! 1.04 Mb is a very HUGE playlist, extremely huge for old devices.
