Fail to upload content

I tried to use iptv service on my hisense 7500 tv. I use ss iptv when i used external playlist it always gives me failed to upload content and when I tried to upload m3u file through myplaylist on pc browser even after ticki save , my playlist not showed on tv
Any help please
