Channels do not load

Since a couple of days SS IPTV does not load on my Philpps 58PUT6183S/98 Saphi OS.The m3u link works on my smartphone and on VLC but not on my TV.I checked the link on the playlist editor and it says that there is no response from the remote server.Can someone help me?

Hello,Thanks for your reply.I asked my provider and he told me that the header is already there.I also tries other m3u links and they also did not work on SSIPTV but on VLC they did.Last time i had this problem i changed my provider country to Spain and than this worked.Does this have to do anything with it?(I live in Albania.)
