Colored buttons on remote don't work with the app

Hi,

I have a Technika tv, it's a brand sold by supermarket chain Tesco, in Europe.
The app works fine on it, and i uploaded my playlists, all works great, except the colored buttons.
They are non responsive in the app.

Another question, when changing the channel, can we have the list auto disappear after few seconds, and be translucent?
Maybe it's just my tv, but every time i change the channel, i have to go right, and click ok to turn off the list.
I did not find anything in settings that would enable this.

Could you please write the full model name of the TV?

You may help us with colored buttons, we have to make some tests.

We consider 30s for "auto disappear" function.

Update to the topic
Buttons work fine, my remote was dirty.
Dont know why, but only colored buttons had some grease on the contacts, once cleared, remote worked.
Other buttons were just fine..
