Subtitles out of sync

hi all,

i am using SS IPTV on my LG webos smart tv, i used to load my play lists from different providers, some channels contains one or more subtitle streams i am facing the same problem with all of them as when i choose any subtitle track for any channel from any provider the subtitle is working but out of sync , something like 1 or 2 seconds earlier

could you check this feature as i think it is a small & easy problem to be fixed

dvb subtitles on live stream make me crazy as not sync well always come early about 1-5 seconds, do we have any solution
LG webos Tv UM7340 PVA
webos 04.71.03

same sub from same list working normally on VLC on windows and here is the codec from vlc

I did many days ago and sent example to the mentioned mailbox with no luck to get any reply or support
Are u sure that it is active mail box,, your support to fix this issue will be highly appreciated
