everytime i start the app, the external playlist ist deleted.
everytime i start the app, there are different (new) playlists.

It is because your devices have the same MAC-address. It was not supposed to happen.

We've removed all the devices with duplicated Ids. Now each device with this issue will get new id, all the stored data were removed but now the issue is supposed to be solved.
Check if the app keeps device id after restarting.
Please, report us if any problem with playlists remains.
