Xbox One Support?

I got a really nice deal for used Xbox One S but I'm not a gamer and just want to used it as multimedia machine. On my TVs I use SS-IPTV but is there an app for Xbox One? Or can I use app.ss-iptv.com on the Xbox One web browser?
