external Playlist deleted on philips

This is not happening to me, is happening to a friend of mine
He doesnt know how to use technology very well, so I add external playlists to his TV, but they are being deleted moments later, already tried 3 times and it appears that a playlist was added by someone else that its not me
Ive searched trough the forum and it appears to be an issue with another person having the same device id or something like this
What I have to do? What informations I need to provide and where I find them
The device name on the playlist editor is TV PHG5813

I have the same problem as this guy. My ss iptv worked fine for about 8 months. Today my account is keep on logging out of itself, and all my playlist get deleted. Please help. Model of tv is Philips Smart TV PUT6183
